We want you to love your moon lamps and celestial decor. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

30-Day Return Window

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable
• Clearance or final-sale items are non-returnable

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email info@treslune.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
2. We will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours
3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging
4. Ship the package using the provided return label (for damaged/incorrect items) or your preferred carrier

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
